Craven Street – Contract Administration

Our project team have been working on a beautiful building located in the heart of London and recently external and internal repairs and redecoration.

Since then, we have been asked to carry out other works to the property by replacing the skylight roof, identifying internal leaks, and repairing these areas. The scope included seeking the right permissions from local councils, arranging for a crane lift to fit the new panels, and supplying panels that match the existing ones.

 As always, our team work hard to ensure that there is clear communication and stay well organised throughout any project they manage no matter how big or small the task may be.
