Brentwood Property – Level 3 Survey

HCS were recently instructed to carry out a Level 3 Survey with a Market Valuation and Thermal Survey located in the heart of Brentwood. The property was built in the early 1900’s building and boasted lots of character.

The property was positioned perfectly being located close to the train station, A12, and M25. It was in good condition and did not require much work to be in a saleable position. We used other properties located on the street as comparable and concluded that the value was above average for the area that the property was in.

The team presented a report on the Level 3 Homebuyer Survey and a Thermal Survey. The report concluded that The property is aesthetically pleasing and recently renovated to a good standard inside and out. The defects noted during our survey were predominantly of a cosmetic nature and therefore we identified no significant defects that would raise concerns
