Howe Chartered Surveyors expands market reach and service offering through acquisition of Mass & Co

Howe Chartered Surveyors (HCS), independent Chartered Surveyors and property experts, have today announced their acquisition of Brentwood-based Mass & Co Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Agents.

This acquisition of Mass & Co will cement Howe Chartered Surveyors as one of the leading chartered surveying and property consultancy firms in Essex. Their combined service offering and expertise will create a comprehensive solution for their clients. By solidifying their expertise and innovative approaches, they aim to deliver a broader range of high-quality services while leveraging each team’s unique skills.

As well as broadening HCS’ market share, the acquisition also allows the combined firms to offer extended services. Mass & Co will continue to provide residential and commercial development appraisals, valuation reports, lease extension advice, surveys, services under the Party Wall etc Act and Commercial Property Agency (including lettings, sales and acquisitions), with the benefit of a wider reach due to HCS’ already established presence in London and Kent. In turn, HCS’ complementary property services, which include building surveying, project management, architectural design and structural engineering, will supplement the offering at Mass & Co.

The two organisations are now looking to a united future of being able to offer their extended services to their respective clients.
