Lilystone Hall – Condition Report
HCS were appointed to undertake a condition survey of the external and internal communal areas of this Grade II Listed, converted Victorian manor house. The client required a concise report to detail the current condition of the property, along with identification of defects, the necessary remedial actions and associated budget costings.
The report detailed the construction elements, including brickwork and rendered facades, portico and pediments, windows rainwater goods and accessible roof areas. The condition of the elements was set out, with areas of required repair work identified. Ancillary buildings and hard landscaped areas were also included within the report.
Internally, the communal lobby areas were surveyed, with findings and associated budget repair costings reported on the structure, decorations and flooring.
