Dan leads one of our teams of surveyors, with knowledge and experience gained from years working in education, healthcare, commercial real estate, retail, light industrial and residential sectors – adapting his many skills to meet every challenge. His caring, empathetic approach balances our clients’ financial, practical and emotional needs perfectly. And when Dan isn’t dealing with maintenance schemes, dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys and expert witness reports, he’s mentoring candidates through their APC – and he’s also part of the Essex RICS Matrics Group.
