Spencer Futter

As an Associate Building Surveyor and our Head of Survey Services, Spencer is a huge asset to HCS – adding a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, gained from over 20 years in the industry. He’s especially proud of his work managing the school maintenance programme for Essex County Council, carrying out pre-demolition condition surveys for London Underground and a character extension to the listed High Ongar Primary School. He’s a great communicator who understands the benefits of collaboration in accomplishing successful outcomes for our clients – working with them to find the effective, practical and cost-effective solution to their many and varied challenges.
