Steven has 10 years’ experience across both client-side and consultancy-based roles – with a broad range of professional expertise, including new-build and refurbishment, defect analysis, pre-acquisition surveys, licence to alter, and party wall matters. But his real passion is working with historic buildings due to their inherently unique nature – relying on his deep knowledge of construction technology and pathology, along with the necessary understanding of modern requirements to ensure such buildings remain viable and valuable into the future.
