Bayswater Road – Statutory Consents
The client, an owner of the lower ground floor apartment within a Grade II Listed property desired to undertake works following water damage from a flood. In order to establish the extent of remedial works, the property required extensive stripping out to expose the defective areas and assess the condition.
HCS have been appointed to manage the Statutory Approvals for the works, submitting a Building Notice and continued liaison with the officer so to allow the undertaking of strip out works.
Our remit required proactive communication between the client, their representative and the Building Control officer to ensure permissions were in place so to keep to programme.
