Christian Howe

Our founder and MD, Christian has built HCS the right way – with the core foundations of quality service, client satisfaction, and staff development and wellness. His vision is to create a business that offers a more joined-up property service, making it easier and more cost effective for our residential, commercial, industrial and local authority clients. Some of his favourite projects over the years include managing the budget and planned maintenance works for Brighton & Hove Schools, dilapidations and monitoring tenant works for major shopping mall in Leeds, and managing a host of large residential private builds. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, as a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and RICS Chair Assessor, Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to every project.
